Note: The following is a basic outline of the product warranty.  A complete detailed warranty is included with each product. 

General Warranty Information

 All products sold by OiC Innovations have an unlimited warranty for the first thirty (30) days from the date of receipt. Purchasers may return the product for any reason during that time for a full refund. The customer will be responsible for repackaging and for return shipping charges.  Contact us at 1-888-922-2573 before returning any product or part for assistance and instructions to include an authorization code. 

In addition, a limited warranty also applies to all products sold by OiC Innovations. Products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. During the limited warranty period if product repair or replacement is necessary due to a defect, OiC Innovations will be responsible for shipping charges and insurance, provided proper packaging is maintained to prevent breakage in transit.
